FIRST NATIONAL STANDARD DICTIONARY DUTCH SIGN LANGUAGE (NGT)The first national NGT dictionary published by Van Dale Publishers was presented on October 8th 2009 to the Minister of Education, Ronald Plasterk.
The dictionary contains 3000 sign illustrations, example sentences and grammatical information, a basic introduction to the grammar of NGT and a general overview of the sign language policy in the Netherlands between 1980 and 2010.
As of january 2010 all sign movies and example sentence movies are accessible in the on-line dictionary via www.gebarencentrum.nl, shop (subscription 1 year 20,00)
The online subscription to the Van Dale NGT dictionary can be used by Apple Mac users.
